In line with Local 516's philosophy that we who have so much are to help those who are less fortunate, the contractor funded Promotion Fund provided jackets, toques and socks through the Union Gospel Mission to the homeless in the Lower Mainland in December.  Business Manager Rick Seder and his wife went out in the mobile mission to help distribute the clothing.  The UA Local 516 insignia is emplazoned on the jackets and toques.
