Paul Russell was initiated into Local 516 in February 1996.  Previously an instructor, and a regular attendee of the general membership meetings, Paul stepped up to fill a vacancy in the Finance Committee in 2013.  He was then elected to the position in 2014, re-elected in 2017, and again in 2020.
